In the garden this month: We have planted 160 new olive trees and 20 new fruit trees. The plums are particularly good this year. We are developing part of the Casa Nova estate as a specialist plant nursery for irises, which will also provide our guests with the pleasures of irises in bloom, during the May-June period.
