You can choose between two separate holiday rental properties on the Casa Nova estate. Casa dell’Ortolano (also known as the Garden House) sleeps 3-9 people, whilst Il Casale (the Farm House) sleeps up to 16. They are available for holiday rentals all year round and a perfect venue for a family celebration (the photo above shows the main house set up for a summer garden party). Each house is luxuriously equipped and has its own private pool and gardens, offering privacy when rented separately, but close enough to be convenient for large groups when rented together. Out of swimming season, there are plenty of great walks and cycle rides nearby and roaring log fires to return to. You’ll find yourself in a true Umbrian Eden, surrounded by flower-filled gardens and fruit and vegetable plots from which you can gather fresh produce. Either house offers an ideal base from which to explore the region, set in 30 acres of olive groves, orchards and woodland high on the South-facing side of the beautiful Niccone valley, with stunning views across the hills of Tuscany, Umbria and the Marche.
